The Ballard wrestling team advanced five wrestlers to the State Wrestling Tournament on Saturday at the District Wrestling Meet held at Roland-Story.  Easton Enyeart (106 lb), Tucker Vitzthum (150 lb), Brody Sampson (190 lb), and Henry Christensen (215 lb) were all champions on the day.  Daniel Hyman (157 lb) was a runner-up and qualified.  These five all advanced to the State Wrestling Meet starting on Wednesday. 

With their team score of 144, the Bombers finished third in the district.  

The Bombers are back in action on Wednesday - February 14 when they wrestle at the State Wrestling Tournament in Des Moines.  The 2A session will begin at 9:00 AM.
