The Ballard Bombers baseball team triumphed over the Carroll Tigers with an 8-2 victory in a Raccoon River Conference match-up on Thursday evening.
This win boosts the Bombers' record to 14-11 overall and 8-7 in conference play.
The Bombers will next take the field on Monday, July 1, traveling to North Polk for their Raccoon River Conference finale. The junior varsity game will start at 5:30 PM, followed by the varsity game.
