Coach Bartolo is currently attending Iowa State University studying Family & Consumer Sciences Education, on the path to become an FCS teacher.  Ava graduated from Bishop Garrigan High School.  While at Garrigan, Ava participated in track, cross country, and 4 years of softball, playing second base and outfield.  Ava coached last summer at Bishop Garrigan and looks forward to becoming part of the Ballard coaching staff.

When she is not in school or working, Ava enjoys attending her 4 younger siblings’ sporting events, spending time with her family and friends, and watching baseball or football.
