The Ballard softball team had five athletes named to the Raccoon River All-Conference Softball Team. The Bombers finished with a record of 11-14 (6-10) and finished 6th in the conference. The Bombers made a strong postseason run falling in the regional final to Carlisle. The following athletes were named to the all-conference team:
1st Team All-Conference
2nd Team All-Conference
Honorable Mention All-Conference
Jada Lande, Kasey Larson, Madeline Schonhorst
