This week, the Ballard men's soccer team had contrasting results in their back-to-back conference matches. They suffered a 3-1 loss at Boone on Wednesday night but bounced back on Thursday with a 1-0 triumph over Carroll that ended in a shoot out.
With the split, the Bomber's record is 2-3 (1-2) on the season.
The Bombers are back in action on Monday, April 15 when they host Raccoon River Conference opponent, Winterset. The junior varsity will start at 5:30 PM followed by the varsity.
