A lifelong resident of Slater, Wyatt has been around Ballard athletics long before graduating from in 2005. He went on to Marshalltown Community College where he was a member of the golf team, graduating with a CAD degree in 2007. Wyatt started coaching at Ballard as the 8th grade boys coach in 2008, and in 2017 he moved up to coach the freshman boys. Wyatt is also the men's golf coach. Wyatt is currently employed with Weeks Construction.
