Spencer is excited to be part of the Ballard High School coaching staff. Coach Emke previously had worked and lived in Muscatine, IA where he coached at Louisa-Muscatine High School.
Spencer and his wife reside in Huxley with their two sons. They are all excited to be a part of the Ballard Community.
