Aric and his family just recently moved back to Iowa after living outside of Iowa for the last 10 years.  During that time Aric lived in Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, and Wisconsin.  Aric taught and coached for five years in Iowa and Michigan before turning to fitness.  Aric was a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness and sports manager for a Fortune 500 company in Louisville and a non-profit in Green Bay.  Upon moving back to Iowa, Aric started teaching again. 

 

Aric and his family are excited to be back in Iowa and Aric is excited to get back in to teaching and coaching.
