Kaily is a 2011 graduate of Prairie Valley High School and a 2015 graduate of Drake University.  She teaches instrumental music with a specialty in percussion at Ballard.  Kaily has been coaching cheerleading since the Fall of 2015, and her cheerleaders have participated in Honor Squad, Shrine Bowl, All-State, and the Iowa Cheerleading Championships. The Ballard Cheerleading squad continues to build on their success, consistently placing in the top four at competitions and claiming titles at the 2020 ICCA State Cheer Championships and the 2022 Iowa Cheer Finals.
