Hailie grew up in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.  She was actively involved with many activities but her passion was in cheerleading.  Hailie participated in football, basketball and competition cheerleading and stunt team all four years of high school and was fortunate enough to earn top four finishes at state every year, including some championships.

After high school, Hailie dabbled in some choreography work.  Hailie currently serves as the co-coach for our winter cheer squad and volunteering with our competition team.

During the day, Hailie serves as Ballard Middle School's school counselor!  Go Bombers!
